• Funky Tribes transfers responsibility for your order to the shipping carrier upon delivery.

• Title to the items remains with Funky Tribes until full payment is received.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Window:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item).

• In case of our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges will be processed for the same item in a different size (subject to availability) or for store credit.

• We cannot guarantee size availability for exchanges.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
